Vegetables and fruit also stock a lot of vitamins and fiber. Although, meat must remain in your diet because it is a reliable source of protein.

II. Utilize renewable energy

Fossil fuels are slowly running out, and they also release CO2. On the other side of the coin, renewable energy is procured from inexhaustible sources like the sun or biomass. The benefits of renewable energy, both environmentally and economically, make it one of the best sustainable living solutions.

III. Conserve resources

A large part of a sustainable lifestyle is conserving. We can sustain energy by turning off things that we aren't using or minimizing the usage of high-consumption products.
